Sammy Sleeps Anywhere!

Cats sleep anywhere, any table, any chair. Top of piano, window-ledge, in the middle, on the edge. Open drawer, empty shoe, anybody's lap will do. Fitted in a cardboard box, in the cupboard with your frocks. Anywhere! They don't care! Cats sleep anywhere.

CoLoR!

I'm feeling like the world needs a little more color...
Step into my magic portal with me and enter the world of senses!
Here, even cats can see all colors, and dogs can, as well!

Are you ready? Here we go...!

Green, creative, beauty, energy, nature, wild and free and dancing, romance...
Orange is fiery, spinning, singing, talent, friends and family, animals....
Blue.... Calming, wisdom, friendship, love and peace and truth, new ideas...
Red, flirty, brave and bold, true through tough times, always there, stubborn but loving...
Yellow, sunny, happy, joyful, flowers, innocent, unique, kind and friendly...
Purple, rich and royal, sweet and sour, drama-queen and silly-head....
Grey, Black, White, serious, truthful, dependable, helpful...
So, my wonderful world of colors is ending...
I must not let it fade away...
But there it goes, passing through the day...
Colors there to remind us of truth and love...
Creation and beauty...
But again I will see it another day...
But now black and white...
Is all I see.
Enjoy your colorful trip?

Blog Greeting, by Samson the Cat

Here is a blog greeting I made. You can use it on your blog if you wish, but I would most appreciate it if you gave me my due credit. :) Hope you like it!

Whether you be cat or camel...
German-shepherd or a gerbil...
Chihuahua or chimpanzee...
Be you a cow, a sheep or a hog,
All is welcome on this blog.

Naughty, By Samson the Cat

Sometimes, sometimes, when I'm naughty,
I use the carpet for my potty.
The couch is where I sharpen my claws,
I leave all my fur,
I break many laws.
The mantlepiece you treasured so?
Down to the floor I thought it should go.
And once then fallen, I thought it should quake,
And into a thousand pieces break.
I didn't use my litter box,
I hissed at you when you tried to talk.
I ripped your homework - tore it to shreds,
I jumped up onto Daddy's head.
I think I may have pulled up some hairs...
But you can see lots and lots up there!
The dog now has to have surgery;
It's not my fault - he barked at me!
I took the baby's breakfast, as well,
You may as well call me the cat from hell!
You must admit, though, that even through all that,
I'm your bestest, favorite cat!

Where I Like to Be, By Samson The Cat

When it is really raining,
When I cannot catch a mouse,
I go inside,
Or rather hide,
Inside my human's house.
Or sometimes when I want to,
Get away from all their noise,
I make a fort,
Under the porch,
Of the next-door neighbor boys.
And sometimes when I'm naughty,
I'll make a little nest,
Under a car,
Where no rain drops are,
Where they call me, "What a pest!"
