New Doggie Sister?

This is crazy! How could my humans do this to me?! They're actually CONSIDERING getting me a new sister! A DOG sister! A corgi, actually. She is a five-year old girl who needs adopting. Soooooorrry!!

I'm SOOO sorry I haven't posted in FOREVS!! :( Procrastination, and schoolwork, and.... oh, it's killing me. :( Gah! Okay, but I'm back! Just in time for Tristan's birthday, I see! :D Happy birthday, girl! :) Fifteen, wow... Well, to fill you in, since last I posted I...
-Had a visit from my evil, mean, gorgeously pretty cousin (I think cousin, right?) cat, Ashley, who was in heat and wanted to kill everyone
-Got covered in blue chalk (which made me blue for about a week!)
-And stayed home while my humans went on a long trip!

I'll fill you in with more details, but right now, I'm working on other projects, such as some COMICS! It will be very fun and I will try my best to stay on track.

Showers

I love my human-editor very much. When she takes a shower, I follow her into the bathroom and just lay around. Even though she leaves the door open so I can leave if I'm scared by the sound of the fan or rushing shower water, (silly human - I'm not scared!) I stay in there the WHOLE TIME! How's that for love? She's so nice - she worries about me. She keeps peeking her head out of the shower to see if I'm okay or if I'm still there, but I'm always on the bath mat, looking up at her. Aren't I nice? :)

...In totally unrelated news, my human wants me to ask you a question (which I regret to say, is about dogs). My human is in love with a breed of dogs called Pembroke Welsh Corgis. Why not just stay with cats, I ask her. But she loves those dogs. I know - she's crazy! Anyways, she saw some at the petstore today (*shudders* horrible place!) and fell in love all over again! She got to pet and hold three tri-color pups not even a month old! (She smiles and I grimace >:P) She was very happy. She has been studying them for years, and knows ALL about the breed. She was wondering if any of you knew anything about corgis, or if you had any and had some advice for her, because she wants to get one. >:( Bleck! Her (well, the other humans') problem is the shedding. Any advice there? She thanks you heartily. She wants to get a corgi pup so she can create her own blog and blog about him (heaven knows why!) so she can get off my blog and stop talking about STUPID DOGS! What's the theme here? Cats! Not dogs!

Trying to Nap

Poo. (Pouty face) Stupid humans just don't get it. *sighs*

Bright and Early!

I believed this morning, as I was feeling very loving and social, that it was my glorious duty to wake up all my humans with the wonderful sound of my musical meow. But for some reason unknown, they didn't quite appreciate this. In fact, my editor-human dared to call me a spoiled brat and a loudmouth! ....
I just meowed at the garage door a lot, then my big-tom-cat-human (he is the alpha-male of the humans) let me in the house. He pet me and filled up my food, but I didn't really want this; I still had work to do! So I went up to my queen-human's door and meowed and meowed, but nothing happened. So I went to my human-kit's room, but nothing happened. The nerve! Finally, my human-editor let me into her domain after a bunch of meowing. She told me I was wet, and pet me, and then she told me to go out again and stuff.
The story is longer, but in the end, everybody wakes up. Haha. The end!

Shedding is NOT a Problem!!

My humans think my shedding is a problem. Well, DUH, of course it's not!! It's purrfectly NATURAL! They put sheets and blankets over all of my chairs so I wouldn't "ruin" them, but the chairs are fine! *rolls eyes* Why won't humans put up with anything? *sigh*

Something New

Sorry I haven't been posting for a little.... my human has been gone for a while now at a friend's, and I've gotten just a little depressed.

Well, my human has now started giving me new food, mixing it in with the old stuff. At first I was all like, "What? How could you mess with perfection?! This is terrible!", but then I got hungry... So I tried it. And you know what? Not that bad actually.
So I gues what I'm trying to say is, try something before you decide if you like it or not. Okay? 'Kay. Thanks.

Stressed

My human says she's stressed.

A bunch of other female humans about her age all crowded into the house for nearly the WHOLE DAY for her birthday party. Sheesh! Talk about CROWDED!

I was really confused for most of it and a little stressed myself, because of all the people I didn't know, and all the noise, and new smells... You can understand.

Raining

Well, my humans are all missing Teek, but I'm very happy to have her gone! ...Well, I might miss her, just a *little*... It was kind of nice to have someone around to play with...

Well, right now, it's all rainy and gloomy. This morning, my human came downstairs and let me in early because of the rain. She fed me and pet me, and helped me dry off. But rain means no birds, and very little mice. But at least I'll get to be inside and blog.

Why do humans eat such weird things? I mean - cereal? Waffles? Pancakes? Puh-lease! Wouldn't a good mouse do? Or bacon! Oh.... bacon... such goodness!
